Communications
We had been warned that Twinning can flourish or flounder on “communications”. It is so easy to forget to send interesting items to your twin, like Prayer Topics or details of a Retreat or Easter Celebrations, to forget to send a copy of the Church Magazine, or at a basic level, forget to acknowledge receipt or pass on something to a member or office bearer.

From the outset both churches appointed people to “co-ordinate all correspondence going to and from the Twin”. It is good to be able to say communicating has been a pleasure but what a challenge it would have been in the days before e-mail, SKYPE and i-phones!
